My experience has shown after being frustrated that lotions and potions don't fix all conditions. I discovered that Reflexology is particularly effective for auto immune conditions, hormonal, stress/anxiety/depression. These conditions can all contribute to hair and scalp conditions. Hair is an extremity, it gets what is left nutritionally and is a good barometer of what's going on in the body.
